Our goal is to make solar and renewable energy more accessible throughout the world! We offer knowledge, consultancy, education and networking solutions for the renewable energy industry in both established and emerging markets across the globe. With 35+ young, ambitious, and highly-educated people from 15 different countries, we work to accelerate the energy transition from our Rotterdam office.


We believe that our customer is King and content is Key. To further embed this as our strategy, we are looking for a Growth Hacker with clear strategic insights who sends us an application that blows us away.

Your role and mission:

  1. Content Management:
    • Upload and manage all types of content, including events, editorials, and other relevant materials, onto our content management system.
    • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of content updates.
  2. Web Development:
    • Regularly update and maintain 26+ event websites to reflect the latest information and design standards.
    • Collaborate with the development team to implement new features and improvements as needed.
  3. SEO Analysis and Optimization:
    • Conduct thorough front-end and back-end SEO analysis to identify areas for improvement.
    • Implement SEO best practices to enhance the visibility and ranking of our websites.


Job requirements

  • All-round technical handy(wo)man with a broad interest and eagerness to learn.
  • Service-minded with a keen eye for detail.
  • Immediate availability and residence in or near Rotterdam (Groothandelsgebouw).
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Proficient in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • Experience with Google apps, Squarespace/Wordpress, CMS backends, or Adobe Photoshop is advantageous.
