Our mission is to make solar and renewable energy more accessible throughout the world! We offer knowledge, consultancy, education, and networking solutions for the renewable energy industry in both established and emerging markets across the globe. With 35+ young, ambitious, and highly-educated people from 15 different countries on the team, we work to accelerate the energy transition from our Rotterdam office.

As the HR Representative, you will carry out essential tasks, such as working on the HR administration, playing an active role in recruitment, and you can help build the strategic HR plan for the coming years. A brief overview of your tasks

  • Provide professional and confidential support to the HR Manager. 

  • Administration around joining, leaving, promotions, and development of employees (i.e. preparing contracts). 

  • Administration of pension, healthy & safety, and work permits. 

  • Active role in the recruitment of new employees, i.e. sharing vacancies, assisting in evaluating candidates, and planning job interviews. 

  • Assist the HR Manager in creating and building HR strategies. 

Job requirements

What we expect from you

  • You are a bachelor student in Human Resource Management, or a related field (Organizational Psychology, Change Management, Business, etc.). 

  • Available 12 to 16 hours a week, starting asap. 

  • You have an interest in sustainability. 

  • You are accurate and detail-oriented. 

  • You have a strong sense of responsibility and are capable of working with highly confidential material.

  • Native Dutch and proficiency in English. 

  • Living in - or near - Rotterdam.
